摘要

中小民營企業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展說明了建立和完善企業(yè)營運資金管理是我國中小民營企業(yè)向前發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求，也是建立包括營運資金管理在內(nèi)的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理制度，適應當今國內(nèi)國外雙重市場激勵競爭的現(xiàn)實需要。從目前的情況來看，當務之急是各中小民營企業(yè)應該轉(zhuǎn)變營運資金管理觀念，拓寬融資渠道，提高現(xiàn)金使用效益，建立健全企業(yè)內(nèi)部信用制度，加強應收賬款和存貨的管理。

本論文介紹了我國中小民營企業(yè)的背景與意義，同時在對營運資金定義的基礎上，介紹了運資金管理,現(xiàn)金管理、應收賬款管理以及存貨管理等方面的相關理論；文中對大德超越股份有限公司的大致情況進行了介紹，深入分析了其在營運資金管理的現(xiàn)金管理、存貨管理、應收賬款管理等方面存在的問題，并且針對現(xiàn)金管理提出保持現(xiàn)金持有量，加強資金的集中管理的解決策略，針對應收賬款提出了制定應收賬款的收賬政策的策略，以及針對存貨管理提出了制定經(jīng)濟訂貨批量模型的策略，使得大德超越股份有限公司可以更好的完善其營運資金管理。

Abstract

These private enterprises mounted the socialist marketeconomy stage under condition that the related law and ruleshaven't been amplified. Though the enterprises now still havesmall economy scale, poor funds, and short developing time,in fact the result of developing is perfectly obvious.Theseachieve remarkable success shows that the enterprise fund

management of establishing and amplifying is the internal requirement while the enterprises go on developing forward.The fact of establishing the modern enterprise management rules and meeting the keen market economy competitions in our country or the world is also social actual requirements.

This paper describes the background of primary private enterprises and significance, while the definition of working capital based on the introduction of working capital management, cash management, accounts receivable management and inventory management and other aspects of the theory; the third part introduced Dade Co., Ltd.'s general situation, in-depth analysis of its working capital management in the cash management, inventory management, accounts receivable management and other aspects of the problem, and then made solutions.
