建筑部分,通過(guò)查閱《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范GB50017-2003》、《簡(jiǎn)明鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》、《福建省建筑設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖籍》等相關(guān)資料,將門(mén)式剛架廠房設(shè)計(jì)為13跨,每跨的間距為30m,總的建筑面積為2160m2。該單層門(mén)式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)是以輕型焊接H型鋼(變截面)作為主要承重骨架,用冷彎薄壁型鋼(C型)做檁條、墻梁;以壓型鋼板做屋面、墻面;采用80mm玻璃棉作為保溫隔熱材料并適當(dāng)設(shè)置支撐的一種輕型房屋結(jié)構(gòu)體系。
結(jié)構(gòu)部分,根據(jù)已形成的建筑圖及其相關(guān)要求,查閱《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范GB50009-2001》、《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范GB50018-2002》、《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連接節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》、《房屋建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)》等相關(guān)規(guī)范和一定量的實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)圖,對(duì)每榀剛架的最不利荷載進(jìn)行計(jì)算,利用PKPM軟件完成剛架的合理截面計(jì)算,然后通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求,對(duì)剛架梁、柱、支撐、檁條等構(gòu)件進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性計(jì)算,用AUTOCAD2005分別繪制出設(shè)計(jì)圖。最后,整理計(jì)算書(shū)并出圖。

Abstract
This project is a light steel portal frame design. Under the graduation requirements of the task book, divided into two parts building and structure design。
Building part, by access to the 《Steel Structure Design Specification GB50017-2003》、《Concise Steel Structure Design Manua》、《The Fujian Architectural Design Standard Plans》and other relevant information, the gabled designed to 13 across each cross-a 30m, total construction area for 2160m2. The single-storey gabled structure is to light welding h-shaped steel (uniform) as the main load bearing frame, with cold-formed steel (type c) do Purlin beams and walls; to steel do roofing, wall; a 80mm glass wool as an insulation material and appropriate settings supported a light house in architecture.
Structural elements, according to the established building plans and related requirements, consult the《Building Structure Load Code GB50009-2001》、《cold-formed steel structures specification GB50018-2002》、《steel structure connection node design manual》、《the housing construction steel structure design》and other related specifications and a certain amount of actual engineering design, each truss pin of the most unfavorable load calculations, use PKPM software complete the rigid frame of reasonable section, and then through the design specifications of requirements on the rigid frame beams and columns, such as support, purlins, component for stability with AUTOCAD2005 respectively out design. Finally, a finishing account book and plot.
