摘要

不同的內(nèi)部結(jié)算方式對企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)處理及整體價值體現(xiàn)以及資金管理控制等方面有著不同的影響。xx鉆探工程公司（以下簡稱鉆探公司）是中國石油天然氣集團公司于2008年3月將xx、吉林兩個油田的鉆探力量重組整合后,在xx油田體制內(nèi)組建的專業(yè)化鉆探工程技術(shù)服務(wù)公司。本設(shè)計基于xx鉆探公司結(jié)算現(xiàn)狀,在各種結(jié)算方法的基礎(chǔ)上選用成立鉆探公司內(nèi)部銀行的方法,從內(nèi)部銀行職能,貸款審批程序,資金管理制度等方面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。從而改善內(nèi)部結(jié)算制度,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益對于完善公司內(nèi)部結(jié)算,增強資金管理控制有著極為重要的意義。
