摘要
本設(shè)計的對象為xx鋁材廠，研究的方向為職工薪酬設(shè)計。結(jié)合企業(yè)的內(nèi)部職工薪酬政策進行具體設(shè)計。企業(yè)需要創(chuàng)建自己獨特的薪酬制度，以驅(qū)動公司的業(yè)績的不斷提高。對薪酬的理解絕不能片面地將其看成一個孤立的資源活動，事實上，薪酬制度是否科學(xué)合理，不僅關(guān)系到員工個人的切身利益和感受，也直接影響到企業(yè)核心競爭力與市場競爭力，因此，全面、科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)地設(shè)計薪酬體系是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的必備課題。為此，特查閱企業(yè)薪酬制度相關(guān)的資料，并對xx鋁材廠薪酬制度的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進行搜集，希望可以找到適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的合理薪酬制度。
