橋梁概預(yù)算設(shè)計

摘要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的內(nèi)容為廈門園博園文星橋的施工組織設(shè)計及預(yù)算，具體可分為兩部分：第一部分為隧道的施工組織設(shè)計，包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃圖、橫道圖，施工方案的確定，勞動力供應(yīng)計劃，平面布置圖；第二部分為工程預(yù)算的編制。
本施工組織設(shè)計根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)范和要求，并結(jié)合類似工程實際經(jīng)驗，選擇了經(jīng)濟、合理的施工方案，確定了科學(xué)的施工進度計劃，擬定了有效的技術(shù)組織措施，采用了科學(xué)的勞動組織，并合理布置了各項臨時設(shè)施。
施工預(yù)算的編制是論文研究的另一個重要內(nèi)容。通過參照最新的《公路工程預(yù)算定額及編制辦法》（2008）結(jié)合施工圖紙及廈門集美的實際情況，計算出文星橋工程量，計算出各分項工程所使用直接費（人工、材料、機械臺班），根據(jù)費率計算其他直接費，間接費，利潤及稅金。在此基礎(chǔ)上完成其他預(yù)算表格，計算出建筑安裝工程費。最后可以計算出廈門園博園文星橋的總造價為9499781元。

Abstract
This graduation project's content the construction organization design and budgets for Wen Xing Qiao Xiamen Garden Expo Garden, may divide into two parts specifically: The first part for bridge′s construction organization plan, including network planning chart, by-way chart, plan of construction determination, labor force supply plan, floor-plan; The second part for construction budget establishment.
This construction organization plan acts according to the owner to items of basic construction each request, the union similar project practical experience, according to each kind of standard request, has chosen the economy strictly, reasonable, the scientific plan of construction and the job practice, had determined the science reasonable construction progress schedule, has drawn up the effective measures governing technical organization, has used the science Labor organization, and has arranged each item of temporary facility reasonably.
The construction budget's establishment is another important content. Through refers to newest "Highway engineering Budget quota And Establishment Means" (2007) unifies the construction blueprint and Xiamen's actual situation, calculates the bridge resilience, calculates various sub-items project uses the flat cost (man-power, material, mechanical stage class) expense, calculates other flat costs according to the tariff, indirect expense, profit and tax money. Completes other forms in this foundation, calculates the construction and installation engineering cost. Last count wen xing qiao of Xiamen Garden Expo Garden project's construction cost is 8，953，166 Yuan.
