摘  要： 模具是制造業(yè)的重要工藝基礎(chǔ)，在我國(guó)模具制造屬于專(zhuān)用設(shè)備制造業(yè)。本設(shè)計(jì)是連接板沖孔、落料復(fù)合模設(shè)計(jì)，沖模的結(jié)構(gòu)性能直接反映了沖壓技術(shù)水平的高低。選用材料時(shí)應(yīng)考慮模具的工作特性，受力情況，沖壓件材料性能，沖壓件的精度，生產(chǎn)批量以及模具材料的加工工藝性能和工廠現(xiàn)有條件等因素。沖床的選用主要是確定沖床的類(lèi)型和噸位。板料冷沖壓加工是機(jī)械加工的一個(gè)重要組成部分。它應(yīng)用十分廣泛。但由于傳統(tǒng)的加工存在著沖壓工藝方案選擇不合理、沖壓間隙選擇過(guò)大，壓力機(jī)不相匹配等問(wèn)題。本文就以連接板沖孔、落料復(fù)合模設(shè)計(jì)主要介紹了沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的全過(guò)程：
1．經(jīng)工藝分析工藝計(jì)算，間隙值的選擇，確定了該設(shè)計(jì)工藝流程及沖模結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
2．同時(shí)對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的模具分別進(jìn)行了分析說(shuō)明，
3．對(duì)壓力機(jī)做出了合理的選擇，
4．整個(gè)過(guò)程采用AutoCAD軟件繪制模具的二維裝配圖和個(gè)別零件圖。

Abstract: Die process is the important basis for the manufacturing sector, manufacturers in China die of special equipment manufacturing.
