在當(dāng)今信息時(shí)代,席卷世界的全球化浪潮、變幻莫測(cè)的市場(chǎng)以及與日俱增的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得和保持自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)每一個(gè)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)無(wú)疑至關(guān)重要。這正是企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃所要達(dá)到的最終目標(biāo)。在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的形成及執(zhí)行過(guò)程中,人的問(wèn)題始終是核心問(wèn)題。因此,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)一致的人力資源戰(zhàn)略,有效地實(shí)行人員管理,才能確保人力資源管理行為適應(yīng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要,使企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。本文以跨國(guó)公司康寶萊在中國(guó)的公司為例,力圖通過(guò)研究其在中國(guó)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略實(shí)踐,揭示人力資源管理職能如何參與到企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的制定過(guò)程中并通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略性的人力資源管理影響企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的目標(biāo)。同時(shí),也希望能對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)起到一定的借鑒作用。

Abstract
In today's information age, globalization is sweeping the world, market is changing and competition is increasing, how to win in the competition and maintain their own advantages is undoubtedly essential for every enterprise. This is precisely the ultimate objective which the enterprise strategic planning must achieve. In the process of the formation and implementation of enterprise strategy,human's question is the core question throughout.Thus, design and implementation should be in accordance with the strategy of human resources, facilitating effective management of human resources and ensurig that it can be fit into the demand of competition, so that the company can be in an impregnable position in the market competition.
In this paper, Take Herbalife multinationals in China as an example. They have sought to study the practice of human resource strategy to reveal how to participate in corporate strategy formulation process. Also, the implementation of enterprise strategy is influenced by strategic human resource management, and ultimately achieve the goal of the enterprise.At the same time,it is hoped that it can play reference effect on the domestic enterprises.
