摘要：本文首先闡述有關(guān)知識(shí)管理國(guó)內(nèi)外的基本概念、基礎(chǔ)理論以及眾多學(xué)者對(duì)知識(shí)管理、隱性知識(shí)的界定、在企業(yè)管理中的地位，以及對(duì)我國(guó)在未來(lái)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)取勝的作用等；然后在借鑒國(guó)外隱性知識(shí)管理研究基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)在企業(yè)隱性知識(shí)管理中的應(yīng)用以及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析歸類(lèi)并總結(jié)出其現(xiàn)象背后的深層次原因，最后針對(duì)不同的原因提出自己的看法和解決措施。
