農(nóng)村留守兒童的現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

摘要：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，越來(lái)越多的農(nóng)民走入城市，在廣大農(nóng)村也隨之產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)特殊的未成年人群體——農(nóng)村留守兒童。留守兒童問(wèn)題，是我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)二元體制的一個(gè)衍生物。本文主要以英德市大洞鎮(zhèn)苗花管理區(qū)的留守兒童在文化教育、心理健康、社會(huì)侵害等方面的內(nèi)容作為調(diào)查和分析的重點(diǎn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)該管理區(qū)的留守兒童普遍存在與父母關(guān)系緊張、生理與心理健康欠佳、容易受到社會(huì)上的各種侵害等問(wèn)題。本文主要提出留守兒童問(wèn)題的嚴(yán)峻性與解決該問(wèn)題的重要性，有針對(duì)性地提出解決留守兒童問(wèn)題的一些構(gòu)想與對(duì)策，從而更新社會(huì)與家長(zhǎng)對(duì)留守兒童問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí)，使社會(huì)及廣大家長(zhǎng)廣泛關(guān)注留守兒童。

Abstract：With the high development of our country social politics and economy, more and more farmers go into city for work. So it has produced special minor community in the general countrysides along with it. That is staying children who have been left in rural area by their parents. The problem of staying children is the derivative which comes from our country city and countryside dual system. This text mainly discusses and analyzes staying children’s some aspects. For example: culture and education, health of psychology, be violated and social violence. Writer has found some problems during the investigation.....
