Abstract: Along with the competitive development of the global economy, having access to the information at an early time is the main reason welcomed by the telemarketing mode. As a mean of marketing, telemarketing can enable the company to transfer the information to the target customer quickly in a short time. At the same time it can benefit the user to receive the information timely. But using this telephone mode's cost is lower than others. You use the telephone to directly to connect to the user and communicate with them. It shows it is customer-oriented and the feature between the interaction of the company and customers. I mainly introduce the meaning and tactics of telemarketing in my paper. I hope my paper will offer some help for the people engage in this job.

摘 要:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的激烈發(fā)展,可及時(shí)獲知信息是電話營(yíng)銷模式受歡迎的主要原因。作為一種營(yíng)銷手段,電話銷售能使企業(yè)在一定的時(shí)間內(nèi),快速地將信息傳遞給目標(biāo)客戶,同時(shí)也有利于用戶及時(shí)地獲知信息。而使用電話營(yíng)銷這種主動(dòng)模式,往往比其他推銷成本要低得多,直接使用電話就可以與用戶一對(duì)一交流溝通,它體現(xiàn)了以客戶為出發(fā)點(diǎn)及企業(yè)和客戶不斷交互的特點(diǎn)。在我的這篇論文里,我著重介紹了電話營(yíng)銷的含義以及技巧。我希望我的論文能對(duì)那些打算從事此方面工作的人員有所幫助。
