近幾年,小型挖掘機(jī)市場(chǎng)持續(xù)強(qiáng)力增長(zhǎng),誘使眾多制造商或擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)能,或推出新產(chǎn)品,或穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打地?cái)U(kuò)大根據(jù)地,很多新面孔也迫不及待地在行業(yè)里爭(zhēng)相亮相。可以肯定的是,在小型挖掘機(jī)行業(yè)復(fù)蘇的大氣候中,在人們通常關(guān)注的知名品牌的主流舞臺(tái)下,還活躍著不少趕潮者。從某種程度上來(lái)講,對(duì)于小挖制造企業(yè),主流與非主流并無(wú)大礙,因?yàn)榇蠹业匿N量都在增長(zhǎng),都是受益者。似乎小型挖掘機(jī)市場(chǎng)這幾年的培育即將開花結(jié)果,然而中國(guó)的小挖市場(chǎng)實(shí)際上暗礁累累,瓶頸不少。如很多企業(yè)存在缺乏核心技術(shù),許多重要的部件必須靠進(jìn)口;許多公司的管理體制不完善,企業(yè)文化更是畸形發(fā)展,或是產(chǎn)品人性化不夠、安全性不高等等問題。尤為重要的是;很多企業(yè)進(jìn)入該行業(yè)帶有盲目跟風(fēng)的性質(zhì),本未做好充分準(zhǔn)備,甚至不清楚該行業(yè)前景如何。本文將從行業(yè)環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)分析、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)分析入手,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)面臨的主要問題,從發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、管理體制、企業(yè)文化、營(yíng)銷策略等方面提出建議。

By domestic small excavator enterprise's development
Abstract: In recent years, the small excavator market continues the force to grow, lures the multitudinous manufacturer or expands the easy childbirth energy, either promotes the new product, either fights steadily expands the base, very many fresh face also impatiently struggle in the profession declares a position. May firmly be ,recovers in the small excavator profession in the macroclimate, under the well-known brand mainstream stage which the people usually pays attention, the mainstream and not greatly obstructs with the non-mainstream, because everybody sales volume all is growing, all is benefit-taker. The as if small excavator market these years cultivation soon blossoms and bears fruit, however China slightly digs the market in fact hidden rock countless, the bottleneck many. Many companies' management systems are imperfect, the enterprise culture is the malformed development, perhaps the product human nature insufficient, the security is no thigh and so on the question. Especially more importantly; Very many enterprises enter this profession to have blindly with the wind nature, this has not prepared for full, even not clear this profession prospect how. This article from the profession environment, the market analysis, the development trend analysis will obtain, the union domestic enterprise will face the main question, from aspect and so on developmental strategy, management system, enterprise culture, marketing strategy will put forward the proposal.
