論企業(yè)核心競爭力與我國企業(yè)的國際競爭力

摘要】隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來，核心競爭力成為企業(yè)取得和保持競爭優(yōu)勢的源泉。本文闡述了核心競爭力的概念和特點(diǎn)，研究了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球一體化趨勢下跨國公司的核心競爭力,得出我國企業(yè)與跨國公司的一個(gè)主要差距在于我國企業(yè)缺乏持續(xù)發(fā)展的核心競爭力。指出在加入WTO后，提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力是我國外貿(mào)企業(yè)提升國際競爭力的重要途徑，為我國外貿(mào)企業(yè)提升自己的核心競爭力提供戰(zhàn)略決策。

【Abstract】 With the global economic integration and the arrival of knowledge economy. Core competence has become the source of getting and maintaining competitive advantage for enterprises. This article related the definition and concept of core competence. Also analyzed the core competence of Multinational Corporation under the trend of the economy globalization. Then got to the conclusion that the main gap between the corporations inside and outside our country is the inside ones’ lacking core competence on sustainable developing. This article point out that after joining the WTO, improving the corporation core competence has become the main way to promote inside enterprises’ international competence. At last this article also afforded some strategic for inside corporations to enhance their own core competence.
