摘 要







本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計對象是液壓升降平臺,這套裝置主要用于舉升重物。它的舉升高度為1米,舉升重量為1噸,其動作主要是由兩個雙作用液壓缸推動“X”型架,帶動上板來實現(xiàn)的。該液壓升降平臺主要由兩個部分組成:機(jī)械部分和液壓部分,其中機(jī)械部分主要由上板架、下板架、內(nèi)連桿和外連桿四部分組成。本設(shè)計設(shè)計、選擇了機(jī)械部分材料與結(jié)構(gòu),并對其進(jìn)行受理分析與校核,以便檢驗是否滿足強(qiáng)度、剛度的要求,分析及校核的結(jié)果證明機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計可以滿足要求。在對液壓控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計過程中,先進(jìn)行了總體方案設(shè)計。在選擇液壓的各個控制回路的時候,在對各個回路進(jìn)行了對比后調(diào)速回路我選擇了進(jìn)油口節(jié)流調(diào)速回路;卸荷回路我選擇了帶有二位二通電磁換向閥的卸荷回路;保壓回路我選擇的是用液控單向閥的保壓回路。確定了各種基本回路后,又確定了液壓系統(tǒng)的傳動形式,由于開式系統(tǒng)所具有的系統(tǒng)簡單和散熱條件好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),所以把傳動系統(tǒng)確定為開式系統(tǒng)。在擬定液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖后,對液壓元件及輔件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計、選擇,并對其進(jìn)行校核。經(jīng)過計算后液壓缸選定為45毫米的液壓缸,液壓泵選定為齒輪泵,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)工作的最大功率我選擇的電動機(jī)為Y112M-4行三相異步電動機(jī)。在確定泵后,又對其他的元件及輔件進(jìn)行了合理的選擇,最后確定各種元件后,進(jìn)一步完成了我的設(shè)計題目。
