我國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展探析

摘  要  改革開放以來(lái)，我國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)事業(yè)獲得了廣闊的發(fā)展空間和機(jī)遇，保監(jiān)會(huì)的成立，為與我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)監(jiān)管體系的完善與發(fā)展打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，而財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估與預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的建立，則進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)了我國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)事業(yè)的改革，有利于防范和化解財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，利于其穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營(yíng)和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。我國(guó)的財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)正在國(guó)家的大力支持和自身的不斷完善中走出困境，但是仍存在一些制約我國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部和外部隱患。本文從我國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀著手，重點(diǎn)分析目前存在的問(wèn)題，并提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策，以便促進(jìn)我國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)更好、更快的得到發(fā)展。

ABSTRACT
Since the reform and opening up, China's property insurance business won wide development space and opportunities for the establishment of the circ, and with the development of China's socialist market economy ADAPTS to the property insurance supervision system and development has laid a solid foundation and property insurance risk assessment and the establishment of early warning system, further promoted the reform of property insurance business in China, to prevent and dissolve the property insurance risk, to its stable operation and business development. China's property insurance is national energetical support and improving their plight, but there are still some property insurance in the internal and external development. Based on the current situation of the development of property insurance market, focuses on the analysis of existing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to promote the development of Chinese property insurance market development of better, faster.
