摘 要:
    農(nóng)民工群體是社會(huì)上的特殊群體，國(guó)家和學(xué)界一直對(duì)農(nóng)民工群體非常重視。隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展，近年來(lái)人們又開(kāi)始關(guān)注農(nóng)民工群體中的特殊群體——新生代農(nóng)民工，學(xué)者在新生代農(nóng)民工的研究方面，取得了一定的成就。筆者對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工職業(yè)流動(dòng)有著濃厚的興趣，根據(jù)自身?xiàng)l件在2010年寒假期間對(duì)筆者所在的盤(pán)村進(jìn)行了入戶(hù)訪談?wù){(diào)查，主要考察盤(pán)村新生代農(nóng)民工的現(xiàn)狀、職業(yè)流動(dòng)概況、職業(yè)流動(dòng)特征以及影響職業(yè)流動(dòng)的因素等。

Abstract : Migrant workers ' groups are special groups in society, country and academics have attached great importance to it. with the development of society, in recent years people have began to focus on the special groups of migrant workers '—the new generation of migrant workers, scholars have made certain achievements of the study of it. Author has a strong interest in the new generation of migrant workers ' occupational mobility , and according to own conditions , has made an interview surveys in the village where the author has been home during the 2010 Winter, studying on the status of new generation of migrant worker , occupational mobility profiles, occupational mobility features and influencing factors of occupational mobility.
