中國(guó)進(jìn)入全球市場(chǎng),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。國(guó)內(nèi)、外高新技術(shù)企業(yè)之間的人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也漸趨熾烈。本文首先從高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的基本理論入手。其次,文章對(duì)我國(guó)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)人力資源的特點(diǎn)和作用進(jìn)行介紹,分析人力資源在企業(yè)中的重要性。然后,針對(duì)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)所面臨的人力資源狀況進(jìn)行SWOT分析,將高新技術(shù)企業(yè)在國(guó)際上所面臨的內(nèi)部具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),與外部機(jī)會(huì)和威脅進(jìn)行對(duì)比。最后,努力探求解決高新技術(shù)企業(yè)在人力資源引進(jìn)、培訓(xùn)、激勵(lì)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、績(jī)效管理等方面的辦法,提出對(duì)策,以應(yīng)對(duì)激烈的人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng),促使我國(guó)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)上占據(jù)一席之地。

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure on the High-tech Enterprise's Human Resources of China


Abstract: There exists fierce competition on the international,as China enters the international market . The high-tech enterprise's competition for talent also hastens gradually and blazingly between countries. Firstly,this article embarks from the high-tech enterprise's and human resources’s theory. Next,it introduces the feature and the function of the high-tech enterprise human resources in our country. Then,it analyses the human resources condition about the high-tech enterprise on the SWOT analysis. And that elaborates the superiority、inferiority、opportunity and the threat which the high-tech enterprise’s human resources will face on the international. Finally, the article propounds some solutions about the human resources introduction, training, motivation, risk management, achievements management and so on, in order to meet the intense competition for talent and urge the high-tech enterprise to occupy a central place in the international stage.
