寧波國(guó)際服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策探討


摘 要
隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，全球產(chǎn)業(yè)中心開始從制造業(yè)向服務(wù)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，服務(wù)貿(mào)易也逐漸成為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)力量，在國(guó)際經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域中的作用越來越引起人們的高度重視。目前服務(wù)貿(mào)易不僅成為影響各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量，也成為衡量一國(guó)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一項(xiàng)重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。寧波作為我國(guó)重要的港口城市，一直以來對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)，而要保持這種現(xiàn)狀，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式就要從粗放型向集約型的方向轉(zhuǎn)變，必須大力發(fā)展服務(wù)貿(mào)易，提升服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文分析了寧波服務(wù)貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)，并通過分析找到其在發(fā)展過程中存在的問題，進(jìn)一步針對(duì)這些問題提出的解決方案，以更好地促進(jìn)寧波國(guó)際服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。

Abstract
With the world economy structure adjustment, the global industry from manufacturing to service center began to transfer, the service trade has become the dominant force in promoting economic development in the field of international trade and economic functions are becoming more and more much attention. At present the service trade not only influences the economic development as an important force, also be the measure a country of international competitiveness an important standards. Ningbo as an important port city in China, has been the development of foreign trade in the local economic development made important contribution, and to keep the present situation, the economic growth pattern will from extensive to intensive direction changes, we must make great efforts to develop the service trade, increasing the service product export competitiveness. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the present situation of ningbo service trade, and through the analysis to find the problems existing in the course of development, and further is proposed to solve these problems solutions, to better promote the development of international service trade in ningbo.
