摘要：本文通過對(duì)底座零件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析，需要對(duì)其進(jìn)行編程、鉆銑削等數(shù)控加工，能較好地滿足了實(shí)際精度要求，提高了加工量和設(shè)計(jì)效率。合適的工藝規(guī)程可以加工出符合精度要求的合格零件。依據(jù)整體功能確定各部位的結(jié)構(gòu)并進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)造型。從結(jié)構(gòu)上分析零件，制定加工所需的工藝規(guī)程，從毛坯的確定到設(shè)計(jì)工藝路線，根據(jù)所需選擇適當(dāng)?shù)臋C(jī)床、刀具、相應(yīng)的夾具、加工程序的編制和零件的檢驗(yàn)。文中程序的編制采用MasterCAM自動(dòng)編程的方法生成。

Abstract: In this paper, the structural parts of the base analysis, the needs of their program, drilling, CNC milling and other processing, to better meet the actual accuracy to improve the processing efficiency of the quality and design.
Appropriate technology can be a point of order processing to meet the requirements of qualified precision parts. Determined based on the overall function of each part of the design of the structure and shape.
