摘 要
改革開放以來，家族企業(yè)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出了重大的貢獻(xiàn)，在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面支撐了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的半壁江山，解決數(shù)以千萬計(jì)人的就業(yè)問題，甚至有部分家族企業(yè)走出國(guó)門跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)。通過調(diào)查資料得知我國(guó)現(xiàn)有私營(yíng)企業(yè)中90%以上是家族企業(yè)，就處于創(chuàng)業(yè)期的家族企業(yè)而言，企業(yè)規(guī)模小、信譽(yù)不足、市場(chǎng)知名度較低、抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力差，如何讓家族企業(yè)生存下來是這一時(shí)期的主要目標(biāo)，因此家族企業(yè)在創(chuàng)業(yè)期就存在不少發(fā)展障礙。筆者以研究家鄉(xiāng)店口五金家族為例，研究家族企業(yè)中普遍存在的狀況及問題，并且通過調(diào)查分析找出家族企業(yè)管理模式上的創(chuàng)新路徑，以期望能夠?yàn)閷淼昕诘募易迤髽I(yè)提供一定的建議和幫助。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up the family business on China's economic development made a significant contribution to supporting the economic front half of our economy, tens of millions of people to solve the employment problem, and even some family business to go abroad transnational operations. Through our existing private sector survey that more than 90% of family businesses to at the start of the family enterprises, small scale, lack of credibility, the market less well-known, poor ability to withstand risks, how to make family business survive down the main objective of this period, the family business in the business there is a lot of obstacles to development. Author of the family home hardware store port as an example, the situation preva lent in the family business and problems, and find out by investigating the mode of family business management innovation path to look forward to the future shop in the mouth of the family business to provide certain advice and assistance.
