Title The design of rear drive axle of a 4t BJ130 business truck
Abstract
The vehicle design becomes more perfect for the increasing needs of the social and the development of the science and technology since 21 century. The vehicles convey are efficiency and many performances have been improved. The scale of the auto-motive industry and its product?ˉs quality is one of the important marks of judging the level of a nation?ˉs technology.
The article is a detailed process to the design of rear drive axle of a 4t BJ130 business truck. It expounds the function of the rear axle. The design part mainly includes the calculation and design of the reducer, the differential, the half shaft.
We use the cross style to crutch the pinion gear, check the ring and pinion gear and the bearing we used in the differential. We choose a normal differential for the drive axle. Because the load of the truck is so small, we choose holistic casting axle housing. And we also check the main part after every chapter.
The tag and the acknowledgement are the brief review and the summary of the design.
In the end, there are the appendixes of the C program for the parameter of the ring and pinion gear and the translation.
