摘 要
柴油機(jī)活塞是柴油機(jī)重要運(yùn)動(dòng)件之一, 由于它所處的工作條件相當(dāng)嚴(yán)酷, 即高溫、高負(fù)荷、高速運(yùn)動(dòng)、潤(rùn)滑不良和冷卻困難等, 使其成為柴油機(jī)常見故障較多的零件之一。隨著柴油機(jī)技術(shù)水平的提高, 95系列高速柴油機(jī)活塞的研制和運(yùn)用, 氣缸內(nèi)平均有效壓力、最高燃?xì)鈮毫蜏囟染眲〉靥岣? 使活塞處在更嚴(yán)酷的工作環(huán)境中。活塞已成為柴油機(jī)強(qiáng)化的一個(gè)最大障礙。這就給設(shè)計(jì)高速柴油機(jī)活塞的人員提出了一個(gè)這樣的課題, 如何在提高發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能的前提下, 提高活塞工作的可靠性和耐久性。分析表明：通過合理的活塞設(shè)計(jì)，可以有效的提高活塞工作的可靠性，以及活塞的耐久性，，充分發(fā)揮95系列柴油機(jī)活塞的耐久性。
本次設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)主要是95系列高速柴油機(jī)活塞組的設(shè)計(jì)，包括活塞頭，活塞環(huán)，活塞銷座，活塞裙部，活塞銷的設(shè)計(jì)。
其中95系列高速柴油機(jī)活塞活塞頭部設(shè)計(jì)是本次設(shè)計(jì)重中之重，因?yàn)樗惺苤芷谛宰兓臍鈮毫χ苯幼饔?，機(jī)械符合高達(dá)62000牛頓的機(jī)械負(fù)荷；活塞在汽缸內(nèi)工作時(shí) ，活塞頭部承受舜變高溫燃?xì)獾淖饔茫細(xì)獾淖罡邷囟雀哌_(dá)2000-2500度，而且活塞頭部溫度梯度分布極不均勻，這就造成活塞頭部熱應(yīng)力分布不均，95系列柴油機(jī)活塞組頭部承受極大熱負(fù)荷。
本次設(shè)計(jì)活塞頭部通過采用耐高溫，熱膨脹系數(shù)小，比重小的共晶鋁硅合金材料以及合理的頭部高度設(shè)計(jì)，將有效減輕活塞機(jī)械負(fù)荷和熱負(fù)荷，增強(qiáng)活塞壽命以及耐磨性。

Abstract
The diesel engine piston is one of the movement parts of diesel engine, since the fact that its part work term is considerably perishing ,high temperature , high burthen , high speed movement,lubrication badness,cooling hardness and so on, therefore it becomes one of diesel engine which commonly becomes break down. Along with 95 set diesel engine piston at a high speed development and in the wake of the gasoline engine technique level,s raiseing ,equal valid pressure and the supremeest gas turbine pressure force and temperature all sharply lift, the piston is in the bitterer work environment . The piston has become the largest obstruction that the diesel engine is intensified . This is a problem for staff who design the diesel engine piston at a high speed to propose such task , and how is living to lift below the motor performance prerequisite , making 95 set diesel engine piston work dependability and stably .
The analysis makes known : By means of the rightful piston design , the raise piston work dependability that may be valid , along with the piston endurance , the 95 set diesel engine pistons endurance are sufficiently brought into play
The designing mission chiefly is piston series of 95 set diesel engine at a high speed, including piston head ,piston packing ring ,the piston pin and the piston skirt.
