摘要：二十一世紀(jì)是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的時(shí)代，也是企業(yè)正向著文化管理階段邁進(jìn)的時(shí)代?？?jī)效管理作為人力資源管理的核心受到了我國管理理論界和企業(yè)界的廣泛關(guān)注，同時(shí)也受到管理者的廣泛推崇，在企業(yè)管理中的地位也越來越高，當(dāng)然績(jī)效管理的難度也越來越大。因此全面理解企業(yè)的績(jī)效管理，了解績(jī)效管理在企業(yè)經(jīng)營運(yùn)作中的意義、現(xiàn)狀以及出現(xiàn)的困難，及時(shí)地采取相應(yīng)措施解決這些困難，使企業(yè)的績(jī)效管理更加完善，這對(duì)企業(yè)管理者具有非常重要和現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。

Abstract: The 21st century are the economical globalization times, also are the enterprise to the time which the cultural management stage makes great strides forward. The achievements management received our country as the human resources management core to manage the theory and enterprise's widespread attention, simultaneously also received superintendent's widespread esteem, in the business management status more and more high, the natural achievements management difficulty also more and more was also big. Therefore comprehensively understood the enterprise the achievements management, understood the achievements management manages the difficulty in the enterprise which in the operation the significance, the present situation as well as appears, promptly takes the corresponding measure to solve these difficulties, causes the enterprise the achievements management perfectly, this has to the enterprise superintendents count for much and the reality significance.
