摘要：
民營(yíng)企業(yè)在快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)，由于自身缺陷和外部環(huán)境多種因素也遇到諸多問(wèn)題，其中特別突出的問(wèn)題是融資困難。為了解決民營(yíng)企業(yè)融資難的問(wèn)題，我們可以借鑒國(guó)外中小企業(yè)融資的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過(guò)分析國(guó)外中小企業(yè)的融資特點(diǎn)、融資渠道以及國(guó)外政府對(duì)中小企業(yè)的政策扶持，并結(jié)合我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)和我國(guó)融資環(huán)境的特點(diǎn)，本文就解決民營(yíng)企業(yè)融資難的問(wèn)題提出幾點(diǎn)建議：首先應(yīng)加快民營(yíng)企業(yè)的公司治理建設(shè)即完善民營(yíng)企業(yè)自身的管理和結(jié)構(gòu)；其次，民營(yíng)企業(yè)可拓寬直接融資渠道，這需要國(guó)家的政策支持，建立多層次的資本市場(chǎng)；另外，民營(yíng)企業(yè)也可拓寬間接融資渠道，這需要國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)增加服務(wù)項(xiàng)目和降低門檻，也需要增建多種形式的中小企業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu)，專門為民營(yíng)企業(yè)服務(wù)。

Financing Problems and Solutions of Domestic Private Enterprises

英文摘要：
However,in the meantime of therapid development of private enterprises,due to the shortcomings of itself and external environment and variety of factors,it has encountered many problems;the prominent problem is financing difficulties.
In order to solve the problem that the financing of private enterprises is difficult,we can use the successful experience of financing of foreign SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises)for reference.By analyzing financing features, financing channels of foreign SMEs,the policy support of foreign government's for SMEs,the combination of China's private enterprises and the characteristics of China's financing environment,a few suggestions on solving the financing problem of China's private enterprises were made in this paper:First,we should speed up the corporate governance and construction of private enterprises,strengthen the scientific management,establish and perfect the corporate governance structure,strengthen the financial management, guarantee the authenticity and legality of accounting information;Secondly,the private enterprises can expand the direct financing channels,which would require the state's policy support,establish and improve a multi-level capital market;In addition,private companies would be able to broaden indirect financing channels,which requires state-owned commercial banks to increase service and lower threshold to private enterprises,and also needs the addition of multiform financial institutions of SMEs, which specialized services for private enterprises.
