關(guān)于中國(guó)對(duì)朝鮮核問(wèn)題的立場(chǎng)和作用

摘要：2003年3月中國(guó)政府就朝鮮核問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了積極的外交斡旋，促成了中朝美“三方會(huì)談”為和平解決朝核問(wèn)題邁出第一步，同年中國(guó)通過(guò)提出解決朝核問(wèn)題的新方案，促成現(xiàn)在的中朝美韓日俄“六方會(huì)談”。中國(guó)政府把朝鮮問(wèn)題納入到一個(gè)多邊框架下解決，對(duì)與這一重大成果，我國(guó)政府發(fā)揮著重要的作用，但朝鮮問(wèn)題的最終解決仍取決于朝美是否能達(dá)成共識(shí)。盡管中國(guó)在朝鮮問(wèn)題上發(fā)揮了其他國(guó)家所不可代替的作用，但是從朝鮮問(wèn)題的發(fā)展過(guò)程上可以看出，中國(guó)的作用也受到很大的局限。
