關(guān)于中國對朝鮮核問題的立場和作用

摘要：2003年3月中國政府就朝鮮核問題進(jìn)行了積極的外交斡旋，促成了中朝美“三方會談”為和平解決朝核問題邁出第一步，同年中國通過提出解決朝核問題的新方案，促成現(xiàn)在的中朝美韓日俄“六方會談”。中國政府把朝鮮問題納入到一個多邊框架下解決，對與這一重大成果，我國政府發(fā)揮著重要的作用，但朝鮮問題的最終解決仍取決于朝美是否能達(dá)成共識。盡管中國在朝鮮問題上發(fā)揮了其他國家所不可代替的作用，但是從朝鮮問題的發(fā)展過程上可以看出，中國的作用也受到很大的局限。
