園林綠化工程施工與管理淺析
                                     

摘要：本文從工程的施工組織與施工準備、管理者的管理、人員素質(zhì)的控制、施工與設計的關系等方面對滄州經(jīng)濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)緯三中路道路綠化工程的施工過程與管理方法進行了回顧。通過總結本次園林工程施工與管理的經(jīng)驗。對如何做好園林道路綠化工程，提高道路綠化工程質(zhì)量，使建設產(chǎn)品總體質(zhì)量處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)進行了初步探討。

Abstract：The article takes the project of Cang Zhou Economic & Technological Development Zone for example. From the organization and prepare, manager’s ability work’s technology; construction and design, and so on. Have a look on the construction’s procedure and manager’s methods. From the experience we have a consider revision view discuss on How to do the engineering well and How to improve the project’s quality and how to keep it on steady.
