摘要
全液壓巖心鉆機(jī)是一種新型鉆機(jī)，是在吸取了立軸式巖心和轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)式巖心鉆機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的。目前已生產(chǎn)出的全液壓巖心鉆機(jī)的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：給進(jìn)行程長(zhǎng)，可縮短鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程的輔助時(shí)間，有利于減少孔內(nèi)事故；動(dòng)力頭上下移動(dòng)是沿剛性較大的滑道進(jìn)行的，所以導(dǎo)向、定向性好，旋轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)；鉆機(jī)升降機(jī)構(gòu)與給進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)合一，動(dòng)力頭與孔口夾持器配合可實(shí)現(xiàn)擰卸鉆具，此種結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化了鉆機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)及配套裝置。全液壓巖心鉆機(jī)還具有無(wú)極調(diào)速、調(diào)速范圍大、過(guò)載保護(hù)性能好，能實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化、遠(yuǎn)距離自動(dòng)控制等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但全液壓巖心鉆機(jī)消耗功率較大，傳動(dòng)效率低，可拆性差，液壓元件要求精度高，保養(yǎng)維修方便。

本鉆機(jī)準(zhǔn)備在鉆進(jìn)時(shí)，通過(guò)底座上活塞桿將平放于底座上的工作機(jī)構(gòu)旋轉(zhuǎn)90°，撐開(kāi)液壓支腿，并將其調(diào)整平穩(wěn)可靠，此時(shí)可鉆垂直孔。鉆頭安裝等工作完成后，接通電源。此時(shí)，將卡盤(pán)夾緊鉆桿，夾持器處于松開(kāi)狀態(tài)。動(dòng)力頭將動(dòng)力輸出，經(jīng)液壓系統(tǒng)帶動(dòng)液壓馬達(dá)旋轉(zhuǎn)，馬達(dá)輸出軸于變速箱齒輪軸聯(lián)接，將動(dòng)力傳到空心輸出軸?？招妮S帶動(dòng)聯(lián)接的卡盤(pán)同速旋轉(zhuǎn)，從而鉆桿回轉(zhuǎn)。加之液壓給進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)適當(dāng)壓力使鉆頭完成鉆進(jìn)工作
