摘要
生產(chǎn)計劃與控制主要用來解決企業(yè)在管理物料流動和產(chǎn)品流動以及生產(chǎn)能力利用中所出現(xiàn)的問題,是企業(yè)管理的重要職能,它統(tǒng)一指導(dǎo)企業(yè)的各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動。傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制具有提前期等參數(shù)的預(yù)先靜態(tài)設(shè)定、能力約束考慮不足、生產(chǎn)計劃與控制相分離、底層功能較弱等問題。隨著市場需求偏向于高質(zhì)量、低成本和短生命周期的定制化產(chǎn)品,傳統(tǒng)的集權(quán)式的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制已不能滿足市場對產(chǎn)品的要求。科學(xué)地制定一種新的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制模式,對于降低產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本,提高產(chǎn)品交貨期滿足率,縮短產(chǎn)品供貨周期和提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
在對生產(chǎn)計劃與控制做出了概述并指出生產(chǎn)計劃與控制在現(xiàn)代制造系統(tǒng)中的重要地位的基礎(chǔ)上,本論文研究了模擬市場中招投標(biāo)行為的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制分權(quán)化問題。提出分權(quán)模式下基于招投標(biāo)的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制模型,指出了其優(yōu)勢、討論了其特點(diǎn)及實(shí)施步驟。
提出了基于招投標(biāo)的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制分權(quán)化模型后,本論文重點(diǎn)研究了基于招投標(biāo)的生產(chǎn)計劃與控制的四個關(guān)鍵問題——多代理系統(tǒng)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)、招投標(biāo)運(yùn)行機(jī)制中評標(biāo)函數(shù)的構(gòu)建、任務(wù)計劃分權(quán)化實(shí)現(xiàn)算法的提出以及嵌入、分權(quán)模式下廠部對車間控制問題的研究。建立了分布式多代理系統(tǒng),設(shè)置了系統(tǒng)中各代理的權(quán)限;提出了分權(quán)模式下考慮任務(wù)加工時間、交付期、加工成本、加工精度四個指標(biāo)的模糊評標(biāo)模型,并提出了基于集合覆蓋的任務(wù)計劃分權(quán)化啟發(fā)式搜索算法。

Abstract
The production planning and control is the important function of business management, which is used for solving problems in the management of material flowing and the product flowing and use for guiding every enterprise's production and operating activities. The traditional production planning and control exists some problems, such as a static set of the parameter –due date in advance ;the deviation of production planning and control phases; lack of considering capacity fully; weak in low level and so on. With the developing of market, the demand for customized products with high quality, low cost and short life cycle is increasing, traditional production planning and control can’t satisfy the market’s request for products. So making production planning and control scientific plays an vital role in reducing production costs, shortening the sum of earliness and tardiness penalties, decreasing make-span time,improving the productivity of manufacturing firm.
This paper generalized the concept of production planning and control, which occupies an important position in modern manufacturing system. The paper studied in the decentralization of production planning and control issue by simulating the bidding behavior in market. The paper proposed a bidding-based decentralized production planning and control model,pointed out its superiority,discussed its characteristic and the implementation step.
The paper focused on four key issues of the bidding-based production planning and control -- the realization of multi-agent system functions, the construction of bidding eva luation functions, the proposing and embedding task allocation algorithm, the control issue under the decentralization. We constructed a distributed multi-agent system, set the permission of each agent, proposed a fuzzy eva luation model dealing with make-span,finish date,processing cost,processing precision of tasks ,while proposed a set covering-based task team allocating heuristic search algorithm.
Last but not least important, the paper employed Tianjin Exploratory Machinery Company to witness the effectiveness of task planning steps of this distributed multi-agent system, compared this result with that of traditional task allocating mechanism, and proved that the bidding-based decentralized production planning and control can reduce the conflicts of capacity in production system, shorten the make-span time of each product ,which can optimize the entire production system and obtain the near optimal task planning and scheduling, then guarantee profit maximization as well as robustness of plan execution.
