4LZ-1200型收割機(jī)的割臺(tái)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
 

[摘要]:我國(guó)是農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),水稻生產(chǎn)機(jī)械化對(duì)水稻種植至關(guān)重要,水稻聯(lián)合收割機(jī)是實(shí)現(xiàn)水稻收割機(jī)械化的重要工具,而水稻聯(lián)合收割機(jī)小型化、微型化是在南方山區(qū)、丘陵地區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化的關(guān)鍵。因此,研究小型水稻聯(lián)合收割機(jī)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
本文分析了現(xiàn)有的聯(lián)合收割機(jī)在南方山區(qū)、丘陵地區(qū)使用時(shí)存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)聯(lián)合收割機(jī)的偏心撥禾輪、往復(fù)式切割器、脫粒機(jī)的功率耗用作了較深的研究,研究開(kāi)發(fā)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的4LZ—1200型全喂入水稻聯(lián)合收割機(jī)。
首先,采用特殊的全喂入脫粒形式,將現(xiàn)有聯(lián)合收割機(jī)的割臺(tái)、輸送、脫粒機(jī)三大部分簡(jiǎn)化一體,大大地簡(jiǎn)化聯(lián)合收割機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu),從而使聯(lián)合收割機(jī)小型化、微型化。
在稻桿的夾持,輸送上做了大量的改進(jìn),將聯(lián)合收割輸送夾持鏈、脫粒夾持鏈簡(jiǎn)化成一根鏈條完成,使夾持、輸送更加順暢,故障大大降低,工作效率有了較大的提高。
脫粒滾筒采用多頭不等距螺旋排列,使脫粒機(jī)的功耗降低,提高了谷物的脫凈率。
實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的4LZ—1200型全喂入水稻聯(lián)合收割機(jī)的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)均達(dá)到或超過(guò)了國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

[ABSTRACT]The mechanization for harvesting rice crop products is very important in our country, a large agricultural country. The combine is one of main tools to achieve mechanization for harvesting rice crop product. In southern mountainous area and hilly area, the micro and mini combines play important role for harvesting grain products. So it is worth to study the mini combine.
In this paper, some existing problems with using combines in southern mountainous area and hilly area were analyzed. And the eccentric poking grain wheel, reciprocating cutter and the energy consumption of the thresher of the combine have been researched deeply. A 4LZ-1200 Entire-feed-carrier combine harvester with self-copyright for grain crop has also been studied.
Firstly, the three parts of the combine, cutting, transporting and threshing parts, were simplified into account by adopting special Entire feed carrier threshing style, and largely simplified the structure of the combine, thereby make it become micro and mini.
The largely improvement has been done in the clamp and transport of the crop poles, make the transport chains of clamping and threshing simplified into one chain, the clamp and transport become much more smoothly, the fault has been reduced prominently and the work efficiency has also a great improvement.
The working energy consumption can be reduced and the cleaning quotient of crop can be largely improved by adopting multi head and differing distance for helix in the threshing roller.
The experiment results showed that the target aim of 4LZ—1200 Entire-feed-carrier combine have been reached or even exceeded the national criterion. The product has gained the state patent.
