設(shè)計(jì)總說明

凸輪軸是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)配氣機(jī)構(gòu)的一部分,專門負(fù)責(zé)驅(qū)動(dòng)氣門按時(shí)開啟和關(guān)閉,作用是保證發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在工作中定時(shí)為汽缸吸入新鮮的可燃混合氣,并及時(shí)將燃燒的廢氣排出氣缸。凸輪軸的加工精度較高,整個(gè)加工不可能在一個(gè)工序內(nèi)完成。為了利于逐步的達(dá)到加工要求,把整個(gè)工藝過程劃分為三個(gè)階段:粗加工——半精加工——精加工,以完成不同加工階段的目的和任務(wù)。在齒輪的加工中,最重要同時(shí)也是難度最大的是凸輪形面的加工。該形面的加工方法目前主要有車削和磨削兩種。凸輪軸的毛胚采用精鑄的方法得到,毛胚的精度較高,切削量少,故采用磨削的加工工藝,簡化了凸輪形面的加工。JKM8318數(shù)控凸輪軸磨床是根據(jù)目前市場需要,在原簡易數(shù)控、三座標(biāo)凸輪軸磨床基礎(chǔ)上改進(jìn)開發(fā)出來的高速、高效數(shù)控凸輪軸磨床。采用CBN砂輪磨削,砂輪線速80-120米/秒,有機(jī)地將靠模與數(shù)控,雙循環(huán)磨削和CBN砂輪強(qiáng)力磨削兩種先進(jìn)的磨削方式綜合,加工效率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于普通凸輪磨床,1-2倍工作,穩(wěn)定性好,操作維護(hù)簡單,自動(dòng)化程度較高,在國內(nèi)具有領(lǐng)先地位,本機(jī)床主要適用于汽車、摩托車、內(nèi)燃機(jī)的凸輪軸粗加工和半精磨加工。機(jī)床主要特點(diǎn):采用德國西門子(SIEMENS)802Dsl或華中HNC210B數(shù)控系統(tǒng),控制工作臺(tái)移動(dòng)、砂輪架進(jìn)給、頭架主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)、和導(dǎo)輪移動(dòng)。采用具有我公司自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的??蛇x擇單CBN砂輪和雙CBN砂輪磨削。砂輪架導(dǎo)軌采用“靜壓卸荷”耐磨貼塑導(dǎo)軌。砂輪修整采用電主軸金剛石滾輪修整。JKM8318運(yùn)用高速磨削技術(shù),高速磨削與普通磨削相比具有突出的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢可大幅度提高磨削效率,減少設(shè)備使用臺(tái)數(shù)這大大提高了磨削效率,且明顯降低磨削力,提高了零件的加工精度??梢悦黠@降低磨削力,提高零件的加工精度,能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)硬脆材料(如工程陶瓷及光學(xué)玻璃等)。隨著高速磨削的應(yīng)用,對(duì)砂輪架的要求也越來越高。CBN高速內(nèi)置式電主軸砂輪架得到了運(yùn)用。砂輪架中的高速主軸的具有很高的運(yùn)動(dòng)精度,回轉(zhuǎn)誤差一般在0.2μm以下,這樣既提高了砂輪的使用壽命,又可以達(dá)到很高加工精度和很低的表面粗糙度。液體動(dòng)靜壓軸承的使用更使得高速主軸得到充分的利用。
