設計總說明
  
    次畢業(yè)設計是基于導師在工廠的多年的工作經(jīng)驗自選的設計課題。同時也是基于專機的日益增加企且有單一工件大批量的生產(chǎn)效率高。 
    隨著現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)技術的快速發(fā)展，特別是隨著它在自動化領域內(nèi)的快速發(fā)展，專機的研究已經(jīng)成為當今機器制造界的一個重要方向，在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)運用中，大多數(shù)機器的設計和制造都是用機床大批量完成的?，F(xiàn)代大型工業(yè)技術的飛速發(fā)展，降低了專機的實現(xiàn)成本， 軟件支持機制也使得實現(xiàn)變得更為簡單，因此，研究專機的設計具有十分重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 
   在工業(yè)高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代化浪潮中，各種機械設計和制造業(yè)中，專機的應用越來越廣泛，越來越轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力，從這個意義上講，對專機的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。專機是根據(jù)工件加工需要，以通用部件為基礎，配以少量專用部件組成的一種高效專用機床。專機是按系列化標準化設計的通用部件和按被加工零件的形狀及加工工藝要求設計的專用部件組成的專用機床。由于通用部件已經(jīng)標準化和系列化，可根據(jù)需要靈活配置，從而縮短了設計和制造的周期，因此，專機兼有低成本和高效率的優(yōu)點，在大批、大量生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛的應用，并可用以組成自動生產(chǎn)線 。
   專機是一種專用高效自動化技術裝備，目前，由于它仍是大批量機械產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)高效、高質(zhì)量和經(jīng)濟性生產(chǎn)的關鍵裝備，因而被廣泛應用于汽車、拖拉機、內(nèi)燃機和壓縮機等許多工業(yè)生產(chǎn)領域。其中，特別是汽車工業(yè)，是專機最大的用戶。如德國大眾汽車廠在 Salzgitter 的發(fā)動機工廠，在大批量生產(chǎn)的機械工業(yè)部門，大量采用的設備是專機。因此，專機的技術性能和綜合自動化水平，在很大程度上決定了這些工業(yè)部門產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織的結(jié)構，也在很大程度上決定了企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的競爭力。
B型三支管是使用在水暖管道上的重要部件，為熱水提供多支分流通道。為了提高加工這三個 M8 的螺紋孔的效率和質(zhì)量，采用專機進行加工，機床設計三個 軸同時加工三個M8 的螺紋孔，這樣能使螺紋孔之間的距離得到精確的保證，使用專機同 時可以使得加工效率提高倍，同時大大提高螺紋質(zhì)量，減輕操作工人的勞動強度。 
    本次設計工作將設計一臺立式四軸攻絲專機。因此，目的是使設計出的機床結(jié)構簡單、使用方便、效率高、質(zhì)量好。從而選擇最佳的工藝方案，合適地確定機床工序集中程度，合理地選擇專機的通用部件，恰當?shù)膶C的配置型式，合理地選擇切削用量，以及設計高效率的工具、刀具及主軸箱就是本次設計主要內(nèi)容。具體的工作就是要制定工藝方案，進行機床結(jié)構方案的分析和確定，進行專機總體設計，專機的部件設計和施工設計。

In order to improve the processing the three the M8 threaded hole efficiency and quality, adopt the special plane for processing, machine tool design three axis and processing three the M8 threaded hole, this can make the distance between the threaded hole get accurate assurance, use special plane can make with processing efficiency improving times, and greatly thread quality, reduce operating worker's working intensity.
  This design work will design a vertical four shaft tapping plane. Therefore, the purpose is to make the machine design of simple structure,easy to use, high efficiency and good quality. Thus to select the best method to determine the appropriate concentration degree machine working procedure,A reasonable choice of plane general parts, the right type machine configuration, a reasonable choice cutting amount, and the design high the efficiency of the tool, cutting tool and spindle box is the main content of design.
