摘要
UG(Unigraphics NX)是EDS公司出品的一個(gè)產(chǎn)品工程解決方案,它為用戶的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及加工過(guò)程提供了數(shù)字化造型和驗(yàn)證手段。Unigraphics NX針對(duì)用戶的虛擬產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和工藝設(shè)計(jì)的需求,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,提供了經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證的解決方案。
本文主要以鐘表機(jī)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)某型號(hào)鐘表進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化虛擬設(shè)計(jì)、分別建立了該鐘表機(jī)構(gòu)的表座、表盤(pán)、表殼、時(shí)針、分針、秒針的三維模型。根據(jù)鐘表的機(jī)械原理,通過(guò)對(duì)鐘表進(jìn)行了建模和運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,介紹了在零件上凸顯文字或刻度的方法,通過(guò)給鐘表的時(shí)針、分針和秒針添加角速度,使得它們按照給定的轉(zhuǎn)速比運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
本文的設(shè)計(jì)方法通過(guò)虛擬設(shè)計(jì)、虛擬裝配,運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,可以驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)、裝配和操作過(guò)程與結(jié)果的正確與否,以便及早的發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)題,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行修改,減少成本損失,并通過(guò)可視化顯示裝配,然后以求達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確仿真運(yùn)動(dòng),使生產(chǎn)真正在高效、高質(zhì)量、短時(shí)間、低成本的環(huán)境下完成,同時(shí)又具備了良好的服務(wù)。

Abstract
UG Unigraphics (EDS) is a company produces NX a product engineering solution for users, it is the product design and machining process and provide the digital modelling. In view of the user's Unigraphics NX virtual product design and process design requirements, carries on the motion simulation verified through practice and provides the solutions.
Article mainly clockwork as the research object, a type of clocks on the parametric virtual design, established the clockwork table, dial, atlas, clockwise, the second minute, 3d model. According to the principle of mechanical clocks and watches by modeling and simulation movement, introduced in parts of the text or calibration methods highlighted by the hands of the clock to add, and makes them according to the given velocity, the speed ratio.
Through the virtual assembly, motion simulation, verify the assembly design and operation process and result is correct or not, in order to find the problem of early, assembling, reduce the cost for modification, and through the visualization, and then to achieve precise assembly simulation movement, production efficiency and high quality in real time, low cost, short of the environment, and has a good service.
