本文介紹了一種管材鋸切設(shè)備——定尺飛鋸的設(shè)計。在焊管與冷彎型鋼連續(xù)生產(chǎn)線上，定尺飛鋸是關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一。必須保證在不影響焊管生產(chǎn)線正常生產(chǎn)的前提下, 將連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的管材在線動態(tài)切割成要求的長度, 并且保證一定的定尺精度。
    定尺飛鋸由追蹤裝置、鋸切裝置和控制部分構(gòu)成。本設(shè)計中的定尺飛鋸采用了氣動方式驅(qū)動鋸切裝置，以完成追蹤運動；鋸切裝置采用擺切式結(jié)構(gòu)，液壓缸驅(qū)動。此設(shè)計沒有采用測速裝置，而是利用較為簡單實用的行程控制方式，即在適當?shù)奈恢梅胖眯谐涕_關(guān)作為動作觸發(fā)信號，然后送到PLC處理并發(fā)出控制信號。
    氣動飛鋸具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，成本低，使用維護方便等優(yōu)點。投資少、見效快,適合中小型企業(yè)使用。氣動飛鋸有良好的市場前景。

Title:      The design of FJ50/76 pneumatic length       
     control saw machine                         
Abstract
The text introduced a design of a kind of cutting machine for tube material ——length control saw machine．Above welded tube and rolled-steel bar production line，the length control saw machine is one of the key equipments. On condition that not influencing the normal producing of the production line, it can cutting the continuous tube into required-- length pieces on time, and the obtained tubes are precise in length on a certain level.
The length control saw contains of track device、cutting device and control part. In this design , it adopt a pneumatic device to drive the cutting device , achieving tracking motion; cutting device adopt a swaying cutting structure, and is driven by oil cylinder; This design has no adoption to measure the tube’s speed, but makes use of a pattern of limit switch, i.e. fix limit switch at right position to cause signal, and transport it to PLC for controlling signal.
Brief structure、 low cost and easy in using and maintenance are the advantages of this design. Investing little, taking effect swiftly.it’s the vary choice for medium and small enterprises. Pneumatic length control saw machine would have a good market.
