                      摘  要
維生素E 是一種機(jī)體必需的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì), 有很多生理功能，如具有抗氧化的作用，還具有清除游離基的功能，同時，維生素E還能抗熱應(yīng)激，抑前列腺素的生長等。而同樣的，維生素E在免疫方面的作用也越來越引起重視，已有的研究證明，VE可以提高動物的抗氧化水平；維持膜結(jié)構(gòu)的完整；促進(jìn)動物的體液免疫和細(xì)胞免疫，提高動物機(jī)體的免疫力。

Abstract
Vitamin E is an essential nutrient，has many physiological functions, such as antioxidation function, but also has the function of eliminating free radical, at the same time, VE also thermal stress, suppression of prostaglandin students. Likewise, vitamin E on immunity function also more and more attention, the existing research evidence, VE can improve animal antioxidant levels; the maintenance of membrane structural integrity; to promote animal humoral immunity and cellular immunity, enhancing animal immunity.
