南通鍛壓設備股份有限公司股利政策研究

摘  要：股利分配政策是公司財務管理的三大核心內容之一。股利分配不僅是公司收益分配的重要策略也是公司籌資與投資活動的延續(xù)，而且對投資者、證券市場以及上市公司本身都會產(chǎn)生重大的影響。制定與公司的經(jīng)營發(fā)展相適宜的股利政策，可以吸引投資者，進而促進企業(yè)發(fā)展。
本文首先介紹文章的研究背景以及研究意義，中外文獻回顧以及相關理論等。以南通鍛壓設備股份有限公司為例，根據(jù)這些相關理論對該公司股利發(fā)放情況及其制定實施的股利政策進行系統(tǒng)性研究。它主要從影響因素、股利政策的變化和股權結構等方面進行分析，對于該公司在股利政策方面的弊病提出針對性的建議，進而將其延伸至上市公司證券市場。

Study on the Cash Dividend Policy of Nantong Metalforming
Equipment Co., Ltd

Abstract：Dividend policy is one of the three-core elements in corporate financial management. It is not only an important strategy of income distribution in company, but also the development of financing and investing activities. It can affect the investors, securities businesses, and listed companies. When the formulation of dividend policies is appropriate for business development of the company, to attract investors, and thus promote the development of enterprises.
This article first describes the research study on the background and significance of the article, Chinese and foreign literature review, and related theory. A case study in Nantong Metalforming Equipment Co., Ltd, according to these theories on the dividend distribution and implementation of systematic study of the dividend policy. It primarily changes in impact factor, dividend policy and ownership structure and other aspects of analysis, on the shortcomings of the dividend policy of the company in specific proposals have been made, and its extension to securities markets of listed companies .
