【Content Abstract】Merging has become an important method for enterprise expansion,which has received a big welcome, but at the same time, the defeat examples failing in human resources conformity after merge have also become common occurences. This article is for the purpose of summary the human resources problems the merging often meet or neglect, through which to raise the solution,proposed detains the core staffs's successful conformity method, and prominently emphasized the vital role communication plays in the entire merge process.
