本文通過(guò)對(duì)C2C平臺(tái)已有的相關(guān)知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出看法,包括C2C平臺(tái)在交易中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,如缺少退貨情況的處理,缺少對(duì)賣(mài)方的約束,第三方支付平臺(tái)信用等級(jí)低且存在一定的金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等交易流程問(wèn)題;以及C2C平臺(tái)在網(wǎng)上交易安全的問(wèn)題,如賬號(hào)安全問(wèn)題和網(wǎng)上支付安全問(wèn)題;此外,也包括C2C平臺(tái)在物流運(yùn)輸方面的問(wèn)題,如物流配送的選擇上買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方地位不平等買(mǎi)方,買(mǎi)方無(wú)法與第三方物流公司形成制約關(guān)系,以及物流配送成本高,配送質(zhì)量低,服務(wù)水平不穩(wěn)定等問(wèn)題,并對(duì)此提出合理而有效的解決方案,旨在創(chuàng)設(shè)更安全、有效、便捷的C2C服務(wù)平臺(tái),使C2C平臺(tái)有更好的發(fā)展,從而給人們帶來(lái)更多更好的便利。

THE DEVELOPMENT OF C2C THE PLATFORM AND ISSUE ANALYSIS
ABSTRACT
Today, e-commerce has stimulated the rapid development of the rapid growing needs of online payment, and rapid development of Internet and network transactions between individuals was created conditions. According to I Research statistics, China's network of retail transactions in 2009 amounted to 248.35 billion yuan, of which only the Taobao platform turnover to more than 200 billion yuan, while China's online shopping market in 2010 continued doubling the size of transaction growth. I Research Recent statistics show that in 2010 China's online shopping market size of nearly 500 billion transactions, up to 498 billion yuan. Although China's online trading extremely is strong, but in the process of online transactions, there are still some sort of a small problem.
This article focuses on analysis of the C2C platform development and situation, we analysis the existence of a number of related issues which in the process of development of C2C trading platform, and according to the related issues, giving some reasonable suggestions and references.
This article falls into three main parts :
The first part, the concept of c2c trade.
The second part, to introduce our c2c the platform phylogeny, development environment.
The third part, the process of transactions c2c, and the introduction of the business process, the problems of the transactions security.
the fourth part, c2c platform and the development of trade issues and recommendations. Provide some reference.
Based on the C2C platform knowledge and experience this artical has already put forward views, including the C2C platform problems in the transaction,Such as lack of return situations will be handled, the lack of constraints on the seller, third-party payment platform with low credit ratings and there are some financial risks and certain financial risks of such transactions flow problems.C2C online trading platform and security issues, such as online payment account security issues and security issues; in addition, including C2C platform in terms of logistics and transport issues.The choice of logistics and distribution, such as unequal status of buyers and sellers, the buyer can not constrain the third party logistics relationships, and the high cost of logistics and distribution, distribution of low quality, service level issues such as instability and other issues,.And this reasonable and effective solution designed to create more safe, effective, convenient C2C platform, so that a better platform for the development of C2C, which gave rise to more and better facilities.
