摘 要
隨著信息與計算機技術的不斷提高以及當前中國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,信息技術改變了傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的運作方式,為了適應21世紀市場競爭的需要,以信息化為基礎的供應鏈管理成為了企業(yè)獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的重大變革。信息技術改變了企業(yè)組織結構、改變了企業(yè)的業(yè)務流程、改變了企業(yè)營銷模式、改變了企業(yè)文化。供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)信息化的重要體現(xiàn)。而倉儲管理系統(tǒng)是供應鏈管理的重要組成部分,倉儲管理系統(tǒng)將實時控制、任務管理和績效管理結合起來,提高了企業(yè)的投資回報率,使客戶從真正意義上實現(xiàn)精確庫存控制和集成的物流系統(tǒng),并提高客戶服務質量和倉庫勞動生產率。設計一個倉儲管理系統(tǒng),對設計一個好的供應鏈管理系統(tǒng),存在重要的意義。
為了滿足社會對現(xiàn)代化管理人材的需求,大部分高校開設了與物流及供應鏈管理相關的課程,但現(xiàn)在具體的教學中,課程的學習與企業(yè)實際應用有一定的脫鉤。目前,國內物流及供應鏈管理方面的軟件相對不多,而體現(xiàn)教學需要的教學平臺則少之又少,為了讓學生能更好的掌握應用供應鏈和物流管理的思想,開發(fā)一個好的相關教學實驗軟件是當務之急。
首先闡述了物流及供應鏈管理中倉儲管理系統(tǒng)的實際應用以及在教學實驗中的意義、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢,在課題研發(fā)中主要的研究工作;接著對倉儲管理系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析,介紹了倉儲系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)流和業(yè)務流,確定了包括入庫管理、在庫管理、出庫管理、管理員模塊、倉管員模塊、統(tǒng)計分析、出錯處理等系統(tǒng)模塊,并融合了打印、圖示等顯示功能;然后,經(jīng)過對當前主流開發(fā)工具的分析,使用Microsoft公司的SQL server 2000和Borland公司的JBuilder 2006 Enterprise等開發(fā)工具采用面向對象的程序設計方法進行系統(tǒng)的程序設計;接著,對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫設計進行詳細的描述,再重點介紹了系統(tǒng)功能模塊的設計與實現(xiàn);最后綜合概括了系統(tǒng)所實現(xiàn)的功能,分析了系統(tǒng)的特點, 并對系統(tǒng)有待改進之處進行了總結。

Designing a warehouse manages system, existing important meaning towards designing a good supply chain supervision system,.
