火焰原子吸收法測定自來水中鈣的含量

摘 要 使用火焰原子吸收法測定Ca2+的含量，檢測限可達(dá)ppb級。在最佳檢測條件下，本實驗通過配制一定范圍的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CaCl2溶液并繪制工作曲線測定了自來水樣品中Ca的含量。實驗測得樣品中Ca的含量為59.22mg/L。

Abstract Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS) is applied to mensurate the content of specifically elements. By flame atomization, the sensitivity and accuracy of this technology can reach the ppb level. In this paper, the content of calcium in the water sample was 59.22mg/L determined at the optimal mensurating condition with the standard curve method.
