摘 要

水溶性塑料薄膜(以下簡(jiǎn)稱水溶膜)是一種新穎的綠色包裝材料。它的主要原料是聚乙烯醇及淀粉,能溶于水,降解成無(wú)毒無(wú)公害的最終產(chǎn)物CO2和H2O。它的應(yīng)用也較為廣泛,在工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)及人們?nèi)粘I钪卸加袕V泛的運(yùn)用,且隨著人們環(huán)保意識(shí)的不斷增強(qiáng),對(duì)水溶膜的需求量也必將持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。
本文主要介紹400型水溶膜流研成型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,該系統(tǒng)的主要工作原理是:先將原料在一定條件下制成水溶性膠液,然后將膠液流研到鏡面不銹鋼帶(以下簡(jiǎn)稱鋼帶)上,用刮刀將膠液均勻刮開,膠液刮層隨鋼帶轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)進(jìn)入烘道烘干,最后剝離成成品膜。烘道的熱源來(lái)至布置于系統(tǒng)頂部的熱供送箱和烘道內(nèi)置的紅外電熱管,其內(nèi)的溫度是可控的。刮刀固定于鋼帶的上部,它可以在一定范圍內(nèi)上下調(diào)動(dòng),通過(guò)控制它與鋼帶間的縫隙,來(lái)達(dá)到控制水溶膜厚度的目的。鋼帶被焊接成環(huán)形,安裝在一對(duì)大滾筒上,位于生產(chǎn)線后端的為主動(dòng)滾筒,前端的滾筒主要起改向作用,稱改向滾筒,剛帶傳動(dòng)非常類似于平帶傳動(dòng),但本系統(tǒng)中的鋼帶既是水溶膜成膜的載體,又是動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)裝置,這一環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)十分重要。
