摘 要

隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展，沖壓成型工藝在機(jī)械工業(yè)、電子工業(yè)、航天航空工業(yè)、生物領(lǐng)域及日用品的生產(chǎn)中占的比例越來越大。而Auto CAD 2002和PRO/ENGINEER2001自問世以來，多年來已成為全世界最普及的CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)。廣泛應(yīng)用與機(jī)械、電子、模具等行業(yè)。根據(jù)連接板產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)和實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)量，設(shè)計(jì)成由沖孔、切邊、彎曲所組成的一副復(fù)合模，該級進(jìn)模具能夠自動送料，并自動切斷導(dǎo)料錯(cuò)誤時(shí)壓力機(jī)的主電路。

Abstract

With the development of industry, The Mould holddown shapings covers more and more in mechanical industy, electronics industry, spaceflight industry,  biological field and production of daily necessities. For many years, the Auto CAD 2002 and PRO/ENGINEER2001 has been becoming the most common 3 D CAD/CAM systems since it come out. And it extensively use in machinery, election and mould fields.The very die stamping what I designed is made from a concatenation-mould considered the feature and the number of the product ,with self-acting-feeding attachment.It can stop the running of the machine when the self-acting-feeding attachment break out something wrong and has six procedures such as: punching, edge trimming, bending, rolling-over-the-bore, blanking-lack, falling-product .
