本文通過(guò)對(duì)挪用公款罪現(xiàn)狀及構(gòu)成要件的分析，重點(diǎn)探討了挪用公款罪的認(rèn)定和處罰，針對(duì)挪用公款罪與非罪的界限、此罪與彼罪的界限、一罪與數(shù)罪并罰等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了初步研究，并就挪用公款罪的預(yù)防問(wèn)題提出了一些建議。

Abstract

The text gets across to analyze status in quo and composing important qualification of misappropriating public funds crime, discusses misappropriating public funds crime’s admit and punish, puts up a pilot study in allusion to the circumscription of trespassing or not, this crime or the other crime, one crime or many crime, and puts forward some suggestion to prevent misappropriating public funds crime.
