工作滿(mǎn)意度、組織承諾對(duì)企業(yè)員工離職的影響研究

[摘要]：本文先明確了工作滿(mǎn)意度、組織承諾及離職相關(guān)定義。參考相關(guān)研究，工作滿(mǎn)意度與組織承諾間存在著正向關(guān)系，工作滿(mǎn)意度和組織承諾與員工離職顯著負(fù)相關(guān)，而且組織承諾對(duì)員工離職意向具有更大的解釋性。最后提出降低員工離職率的解決對(duì)策。

[Abstract]： It is defined that this paper first clearly to job satisfaction and organization commitment and leaves job to be related. Reference is related to study , there is positive relation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. But there is negative relation between job satisfaction organization commitment and leave job .Also organization commitment explan the leaves job for employee intention more better.Finally it offers the solution of reducing job leaving rate.
