沖壓模設(shè)計(jì)





摘   要


　　　本次對接頭塑件進(jìn)行的注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，利用Solidworks軟件對塑件進(jìn)行了實(shí)體造型，明確了設(shè)計(jì)思路，確定了注薂@尚凸ひ展灘⒍愿鞲鼉嚀宀糠紙辛訟晗傅募撲愫托：恕８軦BS的基本特性和成型特點(diǎn)以及塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝分析，模具設(shè)計(jì)為雙分型面注射模，兩分型面相互垂直。該套模具的顯著特點(diǎn)是采用斜滑塊側(cè)向分型，推出機(jī)構(gòu)采用推板推出，導(dǎo)向裝置采用帶頭導(dǎo)套和帶頭導(dǎo)柱，復(fù)位為復(fù)位桿復(fù)位（并起限位）。

　　　模具是利用其特定形狀去成型具有一定的形狀和尺寸制品的工具。在各種材料加工工業(yè)中廣泛的使用著各種模具。此次設(shè)計(jì)的是塑料模具注射成型，此種方法是塑料成型的一種重要方法，它主要適用于熱塑性塑料的成型，可以一次成型形狀復(fù)雜的精密塑件。

　　合理的模具結(jié)構(gòu)既要保證生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求，又要縮短模具制造周期、降低模具制造成本，以滿足現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)對模具高質(zhì)、高效低成本的要求。

　　　這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)通過對接頭的注射模具設(shè)計(jì)，在老師的幫助下鞏固和深化了所學(xué)知識，取得了比較滿意的效果，達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)意圖。

BSTRACT
