我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的宏觀調(diào)控效應(yīng)分析
摘 要
房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的健康、持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，對(duì)于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展，對(duì)于全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)和加快社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程具有十分重要的意義。在房地產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中，也存在一些亟待解決的問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題不僅威脅著房地產(chǎn)金融的安全，也深刻影響了廣大人民的生活以及國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康運(yùn)行。本文通過(guò)深入研究中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題，分析政府對(duì)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行宏觀調(diào)控的原因及目標(biāo)，闡明宏觀調(diào)控政策對(duì)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)產(chǎn)生的效果，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議，對(duì)于促進(jìn)中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)乃至整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展，具有理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。

Abstract
The real estate market healthy, sustainable and stable development of sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy, has great significance for building a moderately prosperous society and accelerate the socialist modernization process. In the process of rapid development of the real estate industry, we should see the real estate market, there are some problems to be solved. These problems not only threaten the security of real estate finance, a profound impact on the lives of the majority of the people and the healthy operation of the national economy. Through in-depth study of China's real estate market development status and problems of analysis of the causes and objectives of government macroeconomic regulation and control of the real estate industry, and to clarify the effect of macro-control policies on the real estate industry, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis to promote the sustained and healthy development of Chinese real estate market as well as the entire national economy, with the theoretical value and practical significance.
