Abstract—Generally sea clutter is regarded as the radar clutterechoes, which interferes in target acquisition ability of marineradar. Synchronously the ocean environment parame tersaffect the intensity and other aspects of sea clutter. So seaclutter has been used to estimate ocean environment parameters by Oceanographic researchers. Fist of all we should discuss how the ocean environment parameters influence the sea clutter, such as wave, current, wind and so on.

海雜波背景下的雷達(dá)雜波被視為回聲、干擾的能力在目標(biāo)捕獲陸戰(zhàn)隊(duì)員的雷達(dá)。海洋環(huán)境參數(shù)同步影響強(qiáng)度和其他方面的海雜波。所以海洋雜波已被用來(lái)估計(jì)海洋環(huán)境海洋參數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。首先我們應(yīng)該討論如何海洋環(huán)境的參數(shù)呢海雜波背景下的影響,如浪、流、風(fēng)等海洋環(huán)境的對(duì)大海影響。
本文主要對(duì)海洋的形成機(jī)理的影響。

一 雷達(dá)波
雷達(dá)回波、海雜波,從海面從弱,通常地,就是也有所不同從雷達(dá)回波從陸地[1][2]。海雜波、散射的發(fā)射信號(hào)的要素的海面,常常地方嚴(yán)重限制對(duì)檢測(cè)的電磁波信號(hào)從船舶、空氣的飛行器,和導(dǎo)彈,導(dǎo)航浮標(biāo)、和其他的目標(biāo)海面。許多工人用來(lái)建立統(tǒng)計(jì)模型,它描述海里雜波為了擺脫海雜波信號(hào)從電磁波回波信號(hào)。在mid-1960s,介紹了布拉格模型進(jìn)
