③ 摘要
目前, 資產(chǎn)證券化已成為全球金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要趨勢(shì), 也成為金融領(lǐng)域最為重要的創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)之一。資產(chǎn)證券化是一項(xiàng)以資產(chǎn)信用為基礎(chǔ), 以可預(yù)期的穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)金流為擔(dān)保的結(jié)構(gòu)性融資工具。近年來(lái)資產(chǎn)證券化相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)、產(chǎn)品和項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)總量發(fā)展迅速, 自身業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷優(yōu)化, 相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)立法活動(dòng)也取得了階段性進(jìn)展。資產(chǎn)證券化產(chǎn)品在國(guó)外發(fā)展得如火如荼, 已經(jīng)成為債券市場(chǎng)中最重要的一員, 但是, 在我國(guó)目前還處于起步階段。綜合資產(chǎn)證券化在國(guó)內(nèi)外的實(shí)踐及發(fā)展情況, 可以看出資產(chǎn)證券化在我國(guó)的發(fā)展具有較好的前景, 因此, 應(yīng)采取積極的措施促進(jìn)我國(guó)資產(chǎn)證券化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
文章闡述了資產(chǎn)證券化的概念和基本交易結(jié)構(gòu),我國(guó)資產(chǎn)證券化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題,如法律制度不健全、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境不成熟和人才資源匱乏。最后本文提出了如何進(jìn)一步發(fā)展資產(chǎn)證券化的策略選擇，比如國(guó)的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展必須制定統(tǒng)一的資產(chǎn)證券化法律和交易規(guī)則,擴(kuò)大投資人范圍,增強(qiáng)資產(chǎn)、支持證券的流動(dòng)性等。

At present, asset securitization has become a trend of the global financial market development, an important trend of the most important innovation activities financial sector . Asset securitization is based on the asset-credit, secured the stable and predictable cash flow.It is a structured finance instrument. In recent years, business , products and projects ,related with asset securitization,continually optimize their business structure, the total market of them has developed rapidly. Relevant professional legislative activities have also made progress. Asset securitization products in the overseas develop in full swing, and has become the most important one of the bond market. But in our country it is still in its infancy. Putting asset securitization practice at home and abroad together, the development of asset securitization can be seen a good prospects, therefore, our country should take positive measures to promote the assets of our country's further development of asset securitization.
This article firstly states the concept and the basic structure transactions of asset securitization.Secondly, it introduces the development of asset securitization status quo in our country, existing problems，such as the inadequate legal system, and immature market environment and the lack of human resources. Finally, some specific measures to further the development of asset securitization are put forward. Innovation and development of asset securitization in our country must formulate a unified asset securitization law and trading rules, expand the kinds and scope of the investors, and enhance mobility of assets and asset-backed securities.
