根據國內和國際模具市場的發(fā)展狀況,有關專家預測,未來我國的模具經過行業(yè)結構調整后,將呈現十大發(fā)展趨勢:一是模具日趨大型化;二是模具的精度將越來越高;三是多功能復合模具將進一步發(fā)展;四是熱流道模具在塑料模具中的比重將逐漸提高;五是氣輔模具及適應高壓注射成型等工藝的模具將有較大發(fā)展;六是模具標準化和模具標準件的應用將日漸廣泛;七是快速經濟模具的前景十分廣闊;八是壓鑄模的比例將不斷提高,同時對壓鑄模的壽命和復雜程度也將提出越來越高的要求;九是塑料模具的比例將不斷增大;十是模具技術含量將不斷提高,中高檔模具比例將不斷增大,這也是產品結構調整所導致的模具市場未來走勢的變化。
