摘 要：本文以包鋼熱電廠220t/h煤氣鍋爐為研究對(duì)象，由于該鍋爐主要以高爐煤氣作為燃料，所以這與一般的燃煤鍋爐有所不同，這也就導(dǎo)致了其自動(dòng)檢測(cè)與控制系統(tǒng)的特殊之處?？刂葡到y(tǒng)采用美國FOXBORO公司的I/A series DCS控制系統(tǒng)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)汽包水位、汽包壓力、過熱蒸汽溫度和燃燒的自動(dòng)控制。本文在簡要介紹其控制思想及控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)與原理的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)對(duì)燃燒優(yōu)化控制方案進(jìn)行了研究。

220t / h optimized control scheme of gas boiler
Abstract: The object of study is the Thermal power plant of Baotou Steel 220t / h gas boiler.This is different with the other general coal-fired boilers , due to its fuel is mainly the blast furnace gas. And that lead to the special points of its Automatic detection and Control system. The control system adopts the I / A series DCS control system of the American FOXBORO Company. This kind of control system can realize the Auto-control of Steam drum water level, Drum pressure, the superheated steam temperature and combustion.This paper based on the Brief introduction of its Control theory and control system structure and principle,then put emphasis on the study of the Combustion optimization control scheme .
