摘要

　　　本工程名稱為某框架住宅，設(shè)計主要經(jīng)歷開題調(diào)研（答辯）、方案設(shè)計、建筑設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計等幾個階段，最終形成完整的框架住宅工程建筑施工圖和結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖。

　　　本工程設(shè)計主要包括框架住宅單體建筑設(shè)計及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計兩大部分，同時，根據(jù)本專業(yè)的特點，設(shè)計主要側(cè)重于建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計部分。

　　　建筑設(shè)計部分主要根據(jù)甲方提供的設(shè)計任務(wù)書，本著“用戶為主”、設(shè)計原則進(jìn)行設(shè)計。作為居住休息的場所，框架住宅肩負(fù)著學(xué)習(xí)和生活服務(wù)的雙重責(zé)任，具有極強的服務(wù)性?？蚣茏≌O(shè)計要充分體現(xiàn)社區(qū)的精神氣質(zhì)、文化底蘊和內(nèi)涵。限于任務(wù)書對面積的要求及其他原因，本工程建筑設(shè)計主要側(cè)重于滿足建筑功能的要求。至于建筑造型，則主要根據(jù)建筑功能的需求，在平面上采取逐層縮進(jìn)的形式，力求建筑體量、及平面布置的規(guī)整均衡。建筑功能主要分為臥室、客廳、等部分，布置主要以豎向布置為主，以求得建筑空間尺寸的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一，方便結(jié)構(gòu)布置及工程施工。

　　　結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計根據(jù)建筑的平面布置，主要采用雙向板肋梁樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)構(gòu)平面布置主要以橫向承重為主，橫向布置主梁，同時借助縱向框架梁共同承受建筑內(nèi)、外荷載的作用?；A(chǔ)的設(shè)計主要根據(jù)任務(wù)書提供的工程地質(zhì)勘察報告，采用柱下條形基礎(chǔ)以承受上部結(jié)構(gòu)傳下的荷載，同時將上部結(jié)構(gòu)連成一個整體，增加結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性。結(jié)構(gòu)計算分手算和電算兩部分。手算主要是對結(jié)構(gòu)的一榀框架進(jìn)行計算，采用分層法計算恒荷載及活荷載作用下框架的內(nèi)力，采用D值法計算水平荷載作用下框架的內(nèi)力。設(shè)計框架的梁、柱板及其下的基礎(chǔ)，外加一座樓梯。同時將計算結(jié)果與電算結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較檢驗。電算主要采用中國建筑科學(xué)研究院開發(fā)的PKPM結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)計算及設(shè)計，并生成相關(guān)的結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖。
