摘 要
在工礦企業(yè)中,為保證MCC系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)過程的連續(xù)運(yùn)行的可靠性,作為其重要組成部分的底層測(cè)控單元需要配置強(qiáng)大的保護(hù)、測(cè)量、遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)等功能。開發(fā)智能MCC系統(tǒng)保護(hù)單元對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)其功能發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。本文首先對(duì)智能MCC系統(tǒng)保護(hù)單元進(jìn)行了需求分析,建立了控制系統(tǒng)各因素之間的邏輯關(guān)系模型,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)總體框圖;其次,對(duì)智能MCC系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了深入研究,掌握了異步電機(jī)運(yùn)行的原理,合理選取了電氣所需的接觸器、無觸點(diǎn)開關(guān)、熔斷器等元器件;最后,基于MCC系統(tǒng)智能測(cè)控保護(hù)單元功能所需,從人機(jī)界面友好、功能完備、使用方便等原則出發(fā),采用AutoCAD和DXP 2004開發(fā)工具,設(shè)計(jì)了0.4KV MCC系統(tǒng)智能測(cè)控保護(hù)單元驅(qū)動(dòng)板。系統(tǒng)硬件電路完成信號(hào)的拾取、處理分析及顯示,將傳感器測(cè)量得到的數(shù)據(jù)送入控制中心處理,并將處理得到的最終數(shù)據(jù)通過LCD顯示。經(jīng)對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的智能測(cè)控系統(tǒng)保護(hù)單元驅(qū)動(dòng)板進(jìn)行多方面考核,進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn),證明本設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。

0.4KV Intelligent MCC Measurement&Control System Protective Unit-Driver Board
ABSTRACT
In the industrial and mining enterprises, in the production process, to ensure continuous MCC system reliability, as an important part of the bottom control unit need to configure a strong protection, measurement, remote functions.Development of intelligent MCC measurement&control system protective unit played a decisive role to achieve its function. To begin with, this paper analyzed the needs of intelligent MCC system protective unit, established a control system model of the logical relationship between factors, designed a block diagram for the system. Secondly, learned the relevant theoretical knowledge in-depth with the intelligent MCC system, mastered the principle of induction motor operation, selected the electrical components reasonably such as contact, non-contact switch, fuse, etc. Finally, based on functional requirements of intelligent MCC measurement&control system protective unit, from the principles of friendly man-machine interface, full-featured, easy to use, used development tools like AutoCAD and DXP 2004, designed this intelligent MCC measurement&control system protective unit-driver board.The hardware circuit completed the task that pick up, processing, analysis and display all the signal, the monitoring data is sent into the control center. Finally, processed data is obtained through LCD display. After various assessment on this designed intelligent MCC measurement&control system protective unit-driver board, carried out some related experiments, proved that this design has some reference value.
